In my branding photography process, I facilitate "Unmask Yourself" sessions, which guide participants through a profound journey of self-discovery.

These sessions are grounded in the understanding that life follows cycles of unrest, destruction, growth, and mastery. Incorporating music, movement, and journaling, they offer an immersive experience to deepen the exploration of self.

During these sessions, participants are encouraged to recognize and embrace their current phase, whether it involves upheaval or triumph, as each stage is crucial to personal evolution. Utilizing the Exposure Cycle – a transformative framework I've developed – individuals delve into their innermost selves. Prior to the workshop, I intuitively receive insights about each participant, revealing aspects of their journey that may need attention or validation. These insights serve as guideposts during our session, offering clarity and confirmation.

Following this introspective journey, clients embark on a photo shoot where they embody their newfound awareness and authenticity. Clients frequently report a profound shift in their perception of themselves and their images, a testament to the transformative power of this work, particularly in the realm of branding, where authenticity is paramount.

What's included:

A 2-3 hour Exposure Cycle Workshop - Unrest, Destruction, Growth and Mastery

A private 1:1 session with Paula, providing personalized insights and vision

A professional photo session including all edited digital images, 2 clothing changes, and 1 location.

Up to 10 participants

Exposure Cycle (Day one) will be held on Friday 14th June in a group setting
Individual photo sessions will be booked through an online booking system for your convenience either June 15th or 16th.
Hair and make-up to be booked prior to your session (included in pricing)
